Order Processing & Transit Times

Orders typically require 2–3 business days for processing unless otherwise stated on the product page for made-to-order or backorder items. Shipping transit times vary by carrier and delivery method:

  • UPS Ground/Home Delivery: Typically 5–7 business days within the contiguous United States.
  • UPS Expedited Services: UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS Next Day Air®.
  • Freight (LTL Palletized Shipments): Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight and typically take 5–10 business days in transit.

Free Shipping Offer

We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all orders over $150 within the contiguous United States.

Shipping Availability

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to Canada, international destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Methods

Ground Shipping: Delivered via UPS only (Saturday delivery may be available in select areas)

  • UPS 2nd Day Air®
  • UPS Next Day Air®

Any damaged or lost UPS packages must be reported within 24-48 hours from delivery for us to asisst in filing a claim with the cariier.

Freight Shipping (LTL):

  • Large or heavy items ship via LTL freight on a pallet.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 5–10 business days.
  • The freight carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Items are delivered curbside at your driveway. You are responsible for moving the shipment inside.

Any visible damage must be noted with the delivery driver at the time of delivery. If you are unable to inspect the shipment before signing, please write “Subject to inspection for damage” on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. No exceptions. This is extremely important.

Handling Damaged Shipments

Ground Shipments:
Notify us of any damage within 24-48 hours of delivery so we can assist with the carrier claim process.

Freight Shipments:

  • Inspect the shipment thoroughly before signing the delivery receipt.
  • If damage is visible, refuse delivery or note the damage clearly on the delivery receipt.
  • If inspection is not allowed before signing, write: “Damaged until further inspection”.
  • Report damages within 24 hours of delivery with photos and a detailed description.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If an item is backordered or unavailable, we will notify you and provide options such as a refund or replacement.

Tracking information will be emailed within 1 business day of shipment. If you do not receive it for chance, contact us at info@deluxebathworks.com.

Delivery Disclaimers

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deluxe Bathworks is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, acts of God, labor strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
