Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Deluxe Bathworks, we prioritize fast and accurate delivery to ensure you receive your order promptly.
Order Processing & Transit Times
Orders typically take up to 2 business days to process before shipping. Delivery times vary by method:
- Ground/Home Delivery: Up to 5 business days within the U.S., up to 8 business days to Canada.
- Freight LTL: Up to 8 business days within the U.S., up to 10 business days to Canada (for items over 150 lbs shipped on a pallet).
- Express Saver: Up to 3 business days to the U.S. or Canada.
- 2-Day: Delivery within 2 business days to the U.S. or Canada.
- Standard Overnight: Next business day delivery to the U.S. or Canada.
Free Shipping Offer
Enjoy free ground shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous U.S.
For international orders, including Canada, shipping rates are calculated in your cart. Expedited shipping options are also available—simply add items to your cart and enter your state and ZIP code for an estimate.
Shipping Methods
Ground Shipping:
- Delivered via FedEx, UPS, or USPS (Saturday delivery may be available in some areas).
- Not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or military addresses.
Freight Shipping:
- Large or heavy items ship LTL freight on a pallet.
- Delivery typically occurs within 7 business days.
- The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package, which will be placed curbside at your driveway.
Handling Damaged Shipments
Ground Shipments:
Notify us of damages within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist with the claims process.
Freight Shipments:
- Inspect packages carefully before signing.
- If damaged, refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt.
- If inspection isn’t allowed before signing, write: “Damaged until further inspection”.
- Report damages within 1 business day of delivery, including detailed descriptions and photos.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We’ll contact you promptly if an item is backordered or unavailable, offering alternatives such as a refund or replacement.
Tracking details will be emailed within 1 business day of shipment. If you haven’t received tracking information within six business days, contact us at info@deluxebathworks.com.
Shipping to Canada
We ship to Canada via FedEx:
- Items under 150 lbs are shipped via standard methods.
- Items over 150 lbs ship via LTL Freight on a pallet for a flat rate of $450. Canadian customs brokers are required for pallet deliveries.
Please note: Canadian customs authorities will apply duties and taxes to all imports.
